Included on every plan

• Spoken answers in your voice channel, with replies starting in about a second
• Text answers in any channel PullCall can see
• Waypoints and the guide page it used, posted in chat
• Advice based on each player's linked or described character
• Every knowledge base and game version, chosen by your admins
• Voice tuning: answer delay and talk-over sensitivity
• Opt-in privacy: it hears only members who turned voice on, and stores no audio

How the caps work

Each server has a monthly allowance of voice minutes and text answers, plus a ceiling on what I spend on AI for that server ($8.00 a month on Hosting & usage, $2.00 for the trial). Long voice sessions cost more per minute than short ones, so the ceiling can be reached before the minutes run out, which is why I say “about”. When any cap is reached, I pause answers until the 1st of next month (UTC). There is no overage charge, ever. The trial uses the same rules over its 14 days.

Never a surprise bill

Can I go over the cap?

Only if you choose to. Top up anytime from the server's dashboard with a one-time pack of extra answers. Packs are used after the monthly allowance and last 12 months.

Is there auto-reload?

Optional and off by default. If a server owner turns it on, they set the threshold and a hard limit of reloads per month, and every charge is announced by DM. Otherwise answers simply pause at the cap.
