PullCall

AI voice guide for Discord guilds

The raid leader you need.

PullCall is a calm voice in your Discord. Ask anything about the MMO your group plays and it answers out loud in about a second, knows your character, and points the way with waypoints in chat. Less time in guides, more time playing.

14 days free per server. No card. Every feature included. Adults 18+.

How it works

  1. Try it free in your Discord

Anyone with a server can add it in one click. It asks only to see channels, post messages, join voice and speak. Nothing else.

  2. Each player opts in

Adults turn voice on for themselves, per server, and can link their character. Everyone else in the channel is ignored before their audio is even decrypted.

  3. Ask out loud, mid-run

"Where's the last quest giver?" The reply starts in about a second, and the waypoint and the guide page it used land in the text channel.

One question. One calm answer.

The reply starts in about a second, from its game database, with the source posted in chat. PullCall waits for a short pause before it answers and stops the moment someone talks over it, so it never steps on your callouts. Admins can tune both.

An illustrative exchange. Real answers come from the knowledge bases your server has turned on.

A player, in voice

“Settle this: does the big frontal hit everyone in front of the boss, or just the tank?”

PullCall

“Everyone in front of it. Tank faces the boss away from the group, everyone else stays behind. I posted the guide page in the text channel.”

One guide for the whole guild

Add it once per server and everyone who opts in can ask, in voice or in text. Ask about a mechanic and it answers from its game database, with the guide page posted in chat. Officers choose which knowledge bases and game version it follows, and the server shares one capped monthly allowance.

Quest help, with the waypoint in chat

Ask where the next quest giver is, what a boss does, or the fastest way to the dungeon. You hear the answer in voice. The waypoint and the guide page it used land in the text channel, so you can check them after the pull.

Advice for the character you actually play

Link your character on your account page, or just describe it: class, spec, level and what you're working toward. You hear what to do next at your level, not a generic guide's answer. Skip it and PullCall still answers, in general terms.

Where we’re headed

The guide we’re building: a raid leader for every guild

Every good guild has someone who knows the fights, keeps their head after a wipe and makes everyone a little better. Most guilds can’t always have that person in the channel. PullCall is becoming that person.

  • Coach every player at their level

The goal is a coach for each player, from the fresh recruit to the main tank, that knows their character and gives them the next thing to work on.

  • Settle mechanics arguments with facts

When the group disagrees about a fight, the goal is a fast, neutral answer from the game database with the source on screen, so the debate ends and the pull starts.

  • Keep wipe nights calm

We're building between-pull reviews through an optional, open-source companion app: after a wipe, a calm explanation of what went wrong and the one fix for the next pull. Between pulls, when asked, never mid-fight.

  • Your guild funds everyone's usage

We're building guild pools, so officers can cover usage for every linked member in one place. Like every plan, a pool will add usage, never features.

What it will never do

Questions groups ask

Is it listening all the time? Does it record us?

It only hears members who opted in, and nobody else in the channel. Their audio is streamed to Google's Gemini model to produce an answer, and PullCall does not record or store it.

How does opt-in work?

Each person signs in with Discord on this site, confirms they are 18 or older, and turns voice on for a specific server from their own account page. It is per person and per server, nobody can opt in for you (not even a server admin), and you can turn it off any time.

Why is it 18+ only?

Our AI provider's terms require it. You must be 18 or older to sign in or turn voice on. Server admins can also limit PullCall to age-restricted voice channels and to members with an 18+ role. If you are under 18, please do not use it.

Will it talk over us?

No. It waits for a short pause before it answers, and it stops as soon as someone talks over it. Server admins can tune both on the dashboard.

Which games and versions does it know?

Today: Classic Era realms are fully covered. The current retail release is partial: linked-character advice works, but the quest database is still thin. The new 2004-era Forever realms are supported from their launch. Admins choose which knowledge bases are on and which version each follows.

How accurate are the answers?

Answers come from the knowledge bases your server turns on, and PullCall posts the guide page it used in the text channel so you can check it after the pull. Like any AI it can get things wrong, which is why the source is always one click away.

Is it safe to use alongside the game's rules?

PullCall runs in Discord, not in your game. It does not read game memory, inject anything or press keys for you. Think of it as a friend with the guide open. We can't speak for any publisher, so if your game's rules worry you, check them first.

What does it cost after the trial?

$14.99 per server per month for about 120 voice minutes and 5,000 text answers, shared by everyone on that server. Every feature is included. When a cap is reached, answers pause until the 1st of next month (UTC). There is never an overage charge.

Can our guild pay for everyone?

Yes, per server. One plan covers one Discord server, and everyone who opts in there shares its allowance, so an officer can pay once for the whole group. Guild-wide pools that follow linked members are part of where we're headed, and like every plan they will add usage, never features.

Do I need a card for the free trial?

No. The trial lasts 14 days and includes 15 voice minutes and 150 text answers. Each server gets one trial, and each person can start one trial.

Is PullCall made by a game publisher?

No. PullCall is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any game publisher or by Discord.
